BOOKING: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit (subject to availability). The balance is payable in full 30 calendar days prior to the date of hire.

PRICING: Prices are non-negotiable and inclusive of local sales tax, ribbons, bows and flowers. All Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excluded.

PAYMENTS: Payments accepted by cash or cheque only.

SUBSTITUTIONS: If due to unforeseen circumstances the car of your choice is not available we reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS: A non-refundable deposit is required on booking.  If the booking is cancelled within 90 calendar days of the date of hire then 50% of the full booking fee will be due.

LIMITATIONS OF HIRE: Vehicle hire includes a total round-trip mileage of up to thirty (24) miles and a total round-trip duration of three (3) hours.  Vintage vehicles are restricted to journeys that are within a fifteen- (12) mile radius of our registered office.  Vintage vehicles are not available for Honeymoon departures, Christening hire or Anniversary hire.  If one vehicle is required to make two journeys, the Bride’s collection address and the church must be within 15 minutes of each other.  

FORCE MAJEUR: No liability will be accepted for any loses or breach of contract due to something beyond our reasonable control including (but not limited to) Acts of God, fire, lightning, severe weather, flood, emergency, explosion, war, military operations, civil disorder, terrorism, vandalism, industrial dispute.
