CAPONE:
1929 Plymouth Model Q
4-door
sedan
In
the roaring 20’s Ford and GM dominated car production. But in 1924 Walter P. Chrysler joined the battle and by the
end of the 30’s Chrysler was second only to GM.
The rapid rise of Chrysler was mainly due to quality of design
and build.
The
Model Q was produced between June 1928 and February 1929. Our 1929 Plymouth 4-door sedan is in blue with wood spoke
wheels. The engine is 4-cylinder (170 cubic inches) that produces 45HP.
We named our
Model Q after Al Capone who was prominent in Chicago in the year that it
was produced.
